Before you book
§ 01
Deposits & payment
- 01.1Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
- 01.2Put 20% down on bookings $250+ and get 5% off and 2 reschedules.
- 01.3Pay in full on bookings $100+ and get 10% off and 3 reschedules.
- 01.4Add-ons and products are never discounted.
§ 02
Timing
- 02.1Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
- 02.2Book at least 24 hours ahead, up to 60 days out.
- 02.3Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.
§ 03
Your visit
- 03.1Under 18? A parent or guardian books and stays.
- 03.21 guest max. No pets.
§ 04
Perks
- 04.1Free touch-up within 7 days if a braid slips.
§ 05
House rules
- 05.1Come with your hair washed, detangled and blow-dried, with no heavy product in it — unless you booked a wash.
- 05.2Hair isn’t included unless you add it. Bringing your own? Pre-stretched, and I’ll tell you how many packs.
- 05.3It’s a long sit. Bring a charger, a snack and something to watch.

Braid care
Make them last.
- 1
Sleep in a satin bonnet or scarf every night.
- 2
Oil your scalp lightly 2–3× a week — the scalp, not the braids.
- 3
Mousse the length once a week to keep frizz down.
- 4
Wash every 1–2 weeks with diluted shampoo, focus on the scalp, and dry them all the way.
- 5
Take them out by 6–8 weeks. Longer and new growth starts to mat at the root.

- Is hair included?
- Not unless you add it when you book. Bringing your own? Pre-stretched — I’ll tell you how many packs for your style.
- How should my hair be when I come?
- Washed, detangled and blow-dried, with no heavy product. If that’s a lot, add a wash and I’ll do it.
- How do deposits work?
- A $25 deposit holds your seat and comes off your total.
